- Any additional bottles must remain sealed and unopened to qualify.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially used consumable products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified damage or defect.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return has been received and inspected
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee on the first delivery.
Subsequent subscription shipments are non-refundable once processed, as fulfillment begins automatically.

Common Return Reasons & Solutions
Order Arrived Late
If your order arrives later than the guaranteed delivery time of 21 days, you are eligible for an $8 refund as compensation.
Product Defect or Quality Issue
If you receive a damaged or defective bottle, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Wrong Product or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, we will ship the correct product or cover the return cost.
Changed Mind or No Longer Want the Product
You may return unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If your order was shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Sanlava is not responsible for replacement or refund.
Damaged During Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the product and packaging to support@sanlava.com within 5 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Return Your Order

2. Approval & Return Address
Our team will confirm if your return qualifies and provide the correct return address.
(Returns not shipped within 14 days after approval will be cancelled.)
3. Prepare Your Return
Securely pack the eligible product(s) in their original packaging.
4. Ship & Share Tracking
Send your return to the provided address and share the tracking number with our support team.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

If Your Product Was Damaged on Arrival
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and label.
- Email the photos to support@sanlava.com within 5 days of receiving the package.
We will send a replacement at no cost. If a second issue occurs, a full refund will be provided.
