How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a Sanlava product, you’ll automatically receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).
Each new order will be processed and billed using your saved payment method on the date of renewal.

You’ll receive a confirmation email before each renewal, allowing you to make changes to your order if needed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by following the link in your order confirmation or renewal email.
From there, you can:

  • Update your next delivery date

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
If a renewal has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

Payment & Billing

Your chosen payment method will be securely charged at the start of each renewal cycle.
If a payment cannot be processed, we’ll notify you via email so you can update your payment information to avoid any interruption.

Returns & Refunds
